ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

HOW AND WHEN WILL I PAY FOR MY MOVE?
Payment can be made via cash or major credit cards, and is usually processed upon completion of the move. Please contact our team for specific details tailored to your situation.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards, including VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX. We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible.
Pricing and Fees
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A LAST MINUTE MOVE?
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute moves. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll work closely with you to meet your needs.
DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE ON WEEKENDS?
During peak seasons such as late spring, weekends, or holidays, there may be a surcharge of up to 20%. If you’re looking for a budget move and have some time to plan ahead, let us know. We can tell you what the cheapest day is to move.
IS IT CUSTOMARY TO TIP THE MOVERS, AND IF SO, HOW MUCH?
While tipping is not required, it is a thoughtful gesture to thank the movers for their hard work. Generally, a tip between 10% - 20% of the total bill is considered generous.
DO YOU HAVE ANY HIDDEN FEES?
No, transparency is key to our service. We charge a one-time service fee and an hourly rate with ZERO hidden charges. Any special situation charges will be communicated clearly during your booking.
HOW CAN I ESTIMATE THE TIME REQUIRED FOR MY MOVE?
The time required can vary based on numerous factors such as your readiness on move day, how you packed, the walking distance to the truck, access to parking and elevators, weather, and traffic. It can also vary based on how much we’re packing and unpacking, disassembling and assembling, rearranging furniture, etc. Unloading usually takes less time than loading, but this can change based on the complexity of the move. Contact our team for an estimate based on your unique move details.
DO I PAY MY MOVERS FOR THEIR LUNCH BREAK?
No, you are only billed for the hours the movers are actively working on your move. Lunch breaks or rest periods are not included in the billing.
WILL YOUR TEAM WORK EFFICIENTLY AND NOT WASTE TIME?
We pride ourselves on having a team of well-trained movers dedicated to efficiency and professionalism. Regular client feedback helps us continually refine our services, and we maintain a high standard of performance across our team.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ALL OF MY ITEMS DON'T FIT ON ONE TRUCK?
We'll clearly list the capacity of each vehicle. If you need more space, additional vehicles can be arranged at a discounted rate.
DO YOU PROTECT MY FURNITURE WHEN YOU MOVE IT?
Your furniture's safety is our responsibility. We treat every item with care, using specialized wrapping and padding to ensure a damage-free move.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ANY OF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED DURING THE MOVE?
We prioritize the safety and security of your belongings. For small items, we recommend packing them properly in moving boxes, and if you need assistance, our packing service is available. For furniture, we utilize furniture blankets for protection. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction. Should any mishaps occur, we will rectify the situation through monetary compensation or complementary services.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR MY MOVE?
Being present isn't mandatory but highly encouraged. If you can't be there, someone over the age of 18 must be present to oversee the move and provide any needed guidance.
CAN MY PET BE PRESENT ON MOVING DAY?
Moving day often brings a flurry of activity that can be stressful for pets. While it's not prohibited to have your pet present, we strongly recommend considering alternative arrangements to ensure their comfort and well-being. If your pet must be on-site, we kindly ask that you keep them secure in a designated area, such as a kennel or a separate room, to prevent any interference with the movers' work and to avoid potential accidents.
CAN MY CHILDREN BE PRESENT DURING THE MOVE?
The presence of children on moving day depends on their ages and comfort levels. For younger children, the chaos of moving might be overwhelming, so arranging a playdate or childcare might be beneficial. Older children may want to be involved in the move. If they are present, ensuring that they have a safe and designated area away from heavy lifting and moving equipment is essential. Our team will always prioritize safety, and clear communication with you about your family's unique needs will help us provide the best moving experience.
WILL YOU STILL MOVE ME IF WEATHER IS BAD?
We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate any concerns or necessary adjustments. Safety is our priority.
