We know when it comes to moving there are so many variables and things change and that’s why we understand it’s important to be completely flexible with our customers. Now just as much as we keep our words to show up on the day that your move is scheduled, we’re hoping that you keep your word with the day that you scheduled your move with us.
And it’s perfectly fine to cancel or reschedule just as long as you do it 24 hours before your scheduled move date. I’m sure you completely understand there is an element of consideration when it goes to logistics and planning and making sure that everything is set up for success.
